I had a hard day

Tied up in knots,
My Brain,
My Heart,
My Desires,
Yesterday.

Go here.
Go there.
Go everywhere.

Do this.
Do that.
Be this.
Be that.

All was dark
Confusion,
Craziness.

And today?

Calm.

The storm
has passed.

The sea calmed
The storm quiet.

Everything
Peaceful and still.

Like a button reset.

I am thankful for the new day.
