This weekend was a busy one- Josh was gone in California to see his youngest brother Ben be sealed in the Oakland temple- and I kept busy by going to a Relief Society Activity, T-ball Practice, Babysitting, Church and Choir. And in honor of Josh, and missing the bright presence he brings to my life on a daily basis and of which I only notice when he is gone and it is taken out of my world- a poem:
He Sang 1/3/11
He sang
A bedtime hymn
Slow and low
Be still
My soul
The hour
Is hastening on
Little heads droop
A soft humming
Is heard
And all is
Quiet at home.
Come back, Babe, I love you and miss you!
