Pumpkins

The other day we went and picked out pumpkins. Ethan was adamant about not carving his.


"I don't want to carve mine, because then it gets icky and squishy and we have to throw it away. Let's just paint it okay?"


I guess we let our pumpkins get a little moldy last year. Oops!

I really like this time of year. We don't really have changing of the seasons, as you know, :-) but the air is clear and fresh. Best of all no more May grey, June gloom or Aug fog! I love the holidays. Lobster season is fun too. BTW It's actually raining today!
