How's the weather?

How is the weather wherever you are living? Here it is crazy! In the morning, around 7 am it is 42 degrees. It slowly gets warmer until it hits about 82 at 3 or 4 pm. I don't know how to dress my kids in the morning! Ethan and Jonah and Elizabeth are all going to a Pumpkin Patch on a field trip for school. Should I take Asher all by himself one day? Are the pumpkins cheaper when you get them from a pumpkin patch? What time of the day is best to go to take pictures there also? What do you guys think???

That's a lot of questions! How to dress your kids: layers. What time of day is best to take pictures: morning or evening, when the light is golden and the shadows are softer. So go in layers in the evening and sit those cuties down in some pumpkins and snap away!

As Grandpa will tell you, the best time for pics is in the late afternoon, when the light is best. Pumpkins are definitely cheaper in a patch! We're taking Cash this weekend--so fun. Yay! So, do the twins get to go on Elizabeth's field trips?

Whether the pumpkins are cheaper or not, I say go to the patch for the ambience alone. The kids have so much more fun there and the pictures are so cute.

i love to go to the pumpkin patch with everyone together so i can take pictures, as you could tell from my blog last week. the kids won't mind going more than once!

Yes take Asher and get some fun pumpkin photos - check your local grocery ads before you go as our big pumpkins here are cheaper at the grocery store - so not sure how they are there!
