This weekend

This weekend was fun. On Saturday I took the kids down to Silver Spring to a butterfly garden. The kids were amazed at the butterflies and even had a chance to see a few emerge from their cocoons! It was fun! On Sunday, Josh's cousin Eric gave his homecoming speech. He just got back from his mission to Romania on Wednesday! It was neat to see him and all of his brothers and sisters at home at the same time. Their family is amazing!

There's a monarch butterfly forest near San Luis Obispo I never got to, but thought it sounded very cool. and I've seen books about attracting butterflies to your own garden, but I thought it sounded too advanced. I'm glad to hear some people do it and make it available to the public. ps can you believe Eric was born just as I was starting college? I can't believe it.
