This weekend was fun. On Saturday I took the kids down to Silver Spring to a butterfly garden. The kids were amazed at the butterflies and even had a chance to see a few emerge from their cocoons! It was fun! On Sunday, Josh's cousin Eric gave his homecoming speech. He just got back from his mission to Romania on Wednesday! We had a great time camping on Friday! The kids were way excited and they loved cooking their hot dogs and marshmallows over the fire. They stayed up late and woke up early, so we were all pretty tired, but it was a fun weekend nevertheless! This is my blog. My name is Megan Abbott.

The boys went to the Dr. for their four year old check up today. I know, a little late- but today was when they could fit two time slots right next to each other. They both did really well. Jonah is 36 inches tall and 29 pounds. Ethan is 37 inches tall and 30 pounds. They got their kindergarten boosters and neither of them cried! We were quite impressed! This is my blog. We mostly celebrated Asher's birthday on Sunday, with Grandpa and Grandma Hulihan and Kelsy visiting. We left our camera at home, so I don't have any pictures to post right now of our festivities. My Mom and Dad and Kelsy made here very safely. Friday morning we made a quick trip to Trader Joes for some festive strawberries and blueberries. Then we went to a ward picnic where they had a fun bbq and relay races. Oh, they also had cowboy hat pinatas and the kids enjoyed these immensely. We let the kids stay up and watched the fourth of July program on tv and then made a quick run to see the fireworks in Germantown. It was all very festive! This is my blog. My name is Megan Abbott.
